How TruStart keeps your trade and your information safe, and how to check that a message really comes from us.
Last updated 4 November 2026.
How we contact you
We work by email. Any message about a trade, payment instructions or a wallet address comes only from an @tstech.info address. We do not take inbound client calls. Where a compliance verification call or video is required, it is arranged in advance by email from an @tstech.info address.
What we will never ask
TruStart will never ask you, by phone, video or email, to move funds to a wallet we have not confirmed in writing, share your seed phrase or recovery words, or install remote-access software. We will never ask for your passwords, private keys or one-time codes.
Wallet addresses
Before we settle, we confirm the destination wallet address with you in writing. We may send a small test transaction first, or ask you to show that you control the wallet. If an address you receive ever differs from the one we confirmed, stop and email compliance@tstech.info.
This website
This site is served over HTTPS only and uses strict security headers. It does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies. The form sends your details to our inbox and records your IP address for compliance and fraud prevention; see Privacy.
Reporting a security issue or a suspicious message
If you receive a message that claims to be from TruStart but you are not sure, or you believe you have found a security weakness on this website, email compliance@tstech.info with the details. Please do not include passwords or recovery words in your email.
