How to contact us
Law enforcement and government agencies should send requests by email to compliance@tstech.info, from an official agency email address.
What to include
Please include the requesting officer's name, agency and file number, the legal basis for the request, and the details needed to identify the relevant records, such as wallet addresses, transaction IDs or dates.
How we respond
We review each request and respond as permitted or required by law. We may need formal legal process, such as a production order, before we can release client information.
Urgent fraud matters
If you are working on an active fraud case involving a TruStart transaction, say so in the subject line so that we can prioritise it.
